Information we collect

When you request a quote, we collect your name, phone number, city, and any email address and project details you choose to provide. The form also attaches the displayed business phone, lead source and UTM campaign parameters. The supplied handler currently processes name, phone, email, city, project details and the submission date and time; it does not process the tracking fields.

Hosting infrastructure and enabled analytics may record IP address, request date and time, browser information and source page or referrer. The supplied PHP handler does not itself record IP address or source page. Do not send payment card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information through this site.

How we use information

We use project requests to reply to you, discuss materials and scope, prepare estimates, coordinate scheduling, and communicate about your request by phone, text or email. We use campaign information when supported by our systems to understand how people find the site. Submitting a request is not consent to unrelated promotional messaging.

Cookies and other technology

Our scripts use sessionStorage, rather than a persistent tracking cookie, to retain the selected business-phone source and UTM values within your browser session. Storage access is optional: the site continues to work if your browser blocks it.

When configured, Google Tag Manager may load analytics or other tags, Google Maps may display the business location, and Trustindex may display client reviews. Those services may use cookies, device information and third-party requests under their own policies. The current setup leaves these integrations inactive until verified IDs and URLs are provided. Google Tag Manager is delayed until the first interaction or 3.5 seconds; delaying it is not a consent-management system. Hosting may use necessary operational cookies. Browser settings can limit storage and cookies.

Who receives information

The supplied form handler sends your request to a configured Telegram account for business notifications over an HTTPS API connection. The handler provided for this site does not contain a CRM integration, lead CSV storage or separate messaging-marketing logic. CRM and messaging providers may receive information if the business later configures those services to handle estimates and customer communication; this policy should be updated when that happens.

Information may also be shared with hosting and technical service providers, when required by law, to protect legal rights, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How we protect your information

The Apache configuration requires HTTPS/TLS, security headers and denial of public access to CSV files, log files and dotfiles. The PHP handler validates required fields, checks the normalized phone format, sanitizes email input and escapes notification text. Its HTTPS request uses cURL’s default certificate verification; it does not explicitly disable verification. These protections depend on correctly configured hosting, current software and restricted credentials.

The supplied handler does not write lead files or deliver data to a CRM. If either is added later, lead files must be outside public access, CRM delivery must use HTTPS with certificate verification, and access must be limited to staff who need it. The business must maintain limited staff access, data minimization and incident procedures, including breach notification when required under applicable law, including the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act (815 ILCS 530). These are deployment and operating requirements, not claims that unverified internal controls have been audited. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention

Our intended retention period for quote-request information is up to 24 months unless a shorter period is appropriate or law requires longer retention. The supplied handler has no automatic deletion function. Business administrators must apply this retention policy to the Telegram notification history and any other system holding requests, and should retain only what is needed for a legitimate purpose.

Your privacy choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or opt out of nonessential communication by calling (872) 275-3137. You can also email us at info@tileinstallationnormandyvillas.com. We aim to respond within 45 days, subject to lawful extensions and applicable requirements. We may reasonably verify your identity without collecting unnecessary information.

Residents of some states may have additional privacy rights under their state’s laws, depending on applicability to the business and circumstances. Contact us to raise a concern or request a review of a decision.

Phone and SMS terms

If we communicate by text about your request, message and data rates may apply and frequency depends on the project conversation. Reply STOP to opt out of texts and HELP for help, or call us for assistance. The supplied website handler itself only sends an internal Telegram notification; it does not operate an SMS platform. Any customer messaging service must be configured to honor STOP and HELP before texts are sent.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Requesting a quote does not require consent to promotional texts.

Children under 13

This site is intended for people planning tile projects, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child’s information was submitted so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Third-party links

External maps, reviews, analytics and other linked services have their own privacy practices. We do not control those services. Review their policies before interacting with them or submitting information outside this website.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, technologies or legal obligations change. The last-updated date indicates the current version. Material changes should be communicated where required by applicable law.
